The 3-story Boathouse is built over the water and houses the Dockmaster’s office, restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, boater’s lounge, and marina store. There are several businesses in the Boathouse including some you may want to check out including Journey Marine Canvas, One Yoga Sanctuary, Point South Realty, Lady’s Island Marina Store, and massage therapy. The immediate neighborhood has just about every kind of store (grocery, drug, hardware, liquor, etc), numerous medical providers, restaurants from fast food to sit down and everything in between. Downtown Beaufort is 1.1 miles away.
