Cancellation Policy:

Short-term transient dockage providing a 48-hour notice will be eligible for 100% refund. Canceling within 48 hours will be charged one day dockage and associated fees.

Long-term dockage (one month or longer) must submit a 50% deposit for first months’ slip fee, utility and liveaboard fee (if applicable). All long-term dockage must provide a two-week notice to change scheduled arrival date. Mariners must provide a minimum 30-day notice for early termination of slip lease to be eligible to receive return of deposit.

Weather-related cancellations: 100% refund for short-term dockage should a small craft advisory be issued for immediate area.

Beaufort Water Festival: No refunds will be issued for July 12, 2024 – July 21, 2024. All reservations must be paid in full.

Credit card transactions subject to 3.5% transaction fee.
